Toshiba DR420 DVD Recorder

Toshiba DVD Recorders include a wide variety of different types of DVD recorders, including VCR DVD recorders (also known as VHS DVD recorders).     The Toshiba DVR620 basically has a similar feature profile to the DR420, but with addition of the VHS recording feature. It is similar in fact to the Toshiba DVR670 DVD/VHS Recorder listed below but without tuner. If your looking for a unit for dubbing an old collection of VHS to DVD, this scored high with reviewers for that purpose, and, in fact many bought specifically for that purpose. The one often voiced complaint is that the manual was difficult to follow, but once mastered, copying and recording was easy.

    Similar to the DVR620 but with th addition of a tuner, the Toshiba DVR670 provides much in the way of versatility for under $250. One of the unique features is that the digital tuner allows you to record Off The Air OTA channels with it. Among the listed Toshiba DVD recorders listed, this is the most feature packed:
